52How To Stay In A Good Mood
Sometimes we all take life a little too seriously and forget to laugh and have fun. Here are a few things that really help me and I hope they will help you.
1) Rent or buy some really funny movies and just sit back and laugh. Laughter is actually healthy and good for the soul
2) Put on some great music, '70's R&B does it for me and just dance, you will feel great, get some good exercise and release stress.
3) Take a walk in a park near you and focus on your surroundings, the beauty and nature surrounding you, the sounds and just give your mind a break .
4) Go near water, a pond, lake or the ocean if you are fortunate to live near it, and just walk think happy thoughts and enjoy.
5) Call some friends you haven't talked to in awhile and share funny stories and experiences.
6) Go to an amusement park and be a kid for the day.
7) Read inspiring books and articles and share with others.
8) Find someone to do a good deed for each day, even if it's just a kind word, giving is a great mood enhancer.
9)Watch children play, heck, go join them.
10) Always look for the joy and good in everything.
Use your imagination, try different things and if they give you joy, keep doing them. Whatever makes you feel good that doesn't cause harm is always good. Have Fun, Enjoy!
